Welcome
Thank you for your interest in our team. Acceleration is
a parent run program, run by parents and a board of
directors. We are all dedicated to the welfare of our
children and to the success of the team as a whole.
First of all, everyone is welcome. Twirlers of all
abilities can play a meaningful part on the team. After
all, that is what the team experience is all about,
helping one another, dedication and not letting down
teammates, camaraderie and getting along with
others. Our athletes learn these skills and more while
being physically fit and boasting self esteem through
personal achievement.

Coach Lindsay Howe
Twirling since she was five years old. At the age of ten
she won her first individual national title, four time
junior grand national strut and dance twirl champion,
two time member of US Twirling Team, World Bronze
Medalist. Coach of Acceleration team since 2000, a
USTA level 3 judge, and a Radio City Rockette in New
York City.
